How do I place an order?

You can place an order via our website or by calling us on 0845 0800 576. Alternatively you can email your order to oksana@diamonddesignsuniforms.com and we will contact you to confirm and for payment.
How do I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an automated invoice form our software system when your order has been shipped.
Where do you deliver to?

We ship worldwide. Place your order online and choose your destination country at the checkout. Alternatively email your order to oksana@diamonddesignsuniforms.com.
How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

Delivery takes 1-3 working days.
Can I add  my company logo to my order?

Can I return my uniform if it is unsuitable?

Yes, you can return your unform for up to 30 days. Please go to our returns page to find out more.
How do I use my welcome discount code?

When you sign up to our newsletter you will receive an email with a discount code to apply to your first order. You must apply the code before you make payment as it can not be refunded if it is not applied before purchase. If you forget to use it on your first order you can use it on your next order.
