Hi, What is the fit of this tunic like? I normally wear a 16 - will it be too small , do I need to go up a size?

Hi Lauren
This tunic is true to size - if you always wear a 16 then that will work for you. If you sometimes wear an 18 then i recommend going up to an 18 for comfort during your working day :)
